SHIPPING & HANDLING

Dispatch / Handling time

We are in the best practice of dispatching orders, as we dispatch orders the same day we receive them.

In our everyday routine, orders placed before 3:00 PM each day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM each day get delayed by one day and are dispatched to the next business day. Likewise, we take 1-2 business days to dispatch orders.

Business Days and Dispatches

  1. Our business days are Monday to Saturday.

  2. Sunday is a holiday and we do not process/dispatch any orders on Sundays.

  3. Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Saturday are dispatch on the next business day which is Monday.

Order Tracking

With every order placed by you at OnlyWhitez site, we provide courier docket numbers which can be used to track order package in transit.

The docket number is provided by the courier service provider to us and we share it with you. You can track your order package on a third-party courier website by inputting a shared docket number.

Delivery Time

Delivery of an order is solely dependent upon distance and logistics service we choose to deliver your order. We cannot ensure the exact time period of delivery, yet averagely it takes 3-4 business days in delivery.

Note: We track orders until they reach our customers, if you believe your order has been delayed more than the expected time period you can contact us. We will inspect the issue and take appropriate action.

RETURN PURCHASED ITEM

If you wish to return your order, you have to contact us within 7 days of delivery of order mentioning the reason of return.

Before mailing us a return request you have to meet the below conditions:-

  1. The product is in unused condition.

  2. All the tags, stickers, materials, and packaging accompanying the product are intact.

  3. The product was delivered to you in the last 7 days.

If you meet the above conditions mail us info@onlywhitez.com with the subject line of “Return Request Order ID ###”

Once we receive your return request, we will approve your request and share the return address to which you have to return the item. We recommend you choose courier service which has an online tracking facility, this will help us and you know the delivery status of the return.

Note: We do not bear the return charges, the customer will be responsible for return charges.

After receiving the return item, our quality team will inspect the item condition and initiate a refund accordingly.

REPLACEMENT OR EXCHANGE OF PURCHASED ITEM

If the item is damaged/defective/wrong product received, you can mail and inform us. Once we receive your request we will approve your request and share the return address to which you have to return the item. As we receive items we will inspect and take appropriate action either replacement or refund.

Note: If the product is in the condition of replacement (product is unused, tags, material are intact and you have informed us within 7 days of delivery of the order) and your shared reason is valid as described in your mail, we will pay you to return charges bear by you. We recommend you to send the item back using courier service having tracking facility, this helps us and you know the return status of the order and will make replacement/refund process faster.

If we found any kind of fraud and made up an issue we can reject your replacement request, refund your money, and will reject to pay return charges bear by you.
